ABGENICS sells to businesses, and the information we hold is business contact information. This page sets out exactly what we collect through abgenics.com, why we hold it, and who does and does not see it.

1. What We Collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form on abgenics.com, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, and whatever you tell us about your contamination control requirements.
Our forms also record a small amount of technical information automatically, used only to separate genuine inquiries from automated submissions: the network location the inquiry came from, your device's time zone, and how long the form was open before it was sent.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, financial account details, or government identification through this website.
2. Why We Hold It
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out the resulting order. That is the whole purpose. A quote request is a request to be contacted about it.
We do not sell information collected through this website, and we do not rent, trade, or otherwise make it available to anyone for their own marketing.
3. Text Messages & Mobile Information
The text-message box on our forms is optional and is never pre-selected. You can submit any form, receive a quotation, and place an order without ever agreeing to be texted. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
The only parties that ever handle your mobile number in connection with our messaging are the telecommunications providers carrying the message to your handset, and they see it solely in order to deliver it.
Messages relate to your quote request, your order, and its progress. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Who Sees It
Your inquiry reaches ABGENICS staff who handle quotations and orders. Beyond that, it is seen only by the service providers that operate this website and deliver our email and messaging, and only to the extent needed to perform that function.
We will disclose information where the law requires it, in response to lawful process, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
If our business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer with it. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer.
5. Cookies & Measurement
This site does not use cookies to track you. We do not build a profile of you and we do not follow you to other websites.
We do not run advertising trackers on abgenics.com.
6. How Long We Keep It
Inquiries that do not result in an order are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you return, and then removed.
Records connected to an actual order are kept for the life of the commercial relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, warranty, and quality-record obligations require.
7. Your Choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will act on that request unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep a specific record.
To withdraw consent to text messages, reply STOP to any message, or simply tell us. It takes effect immediately and does not affect your ability to do business with us.
8. Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but we do not retain information on this website that we do not need.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
