What each line is, how it is made, and where it goes to work
Every line below is made start to finish in Abgenics plants. That is the point of being vertical: when the yarn, the film, the adhesive and the packing are all yours, a lot that passes today looks like the lot that passed last quarter, and traceability runs back to the raw material rather than stopping at a supplier's invoice.
Cleanroom wipers
Knitted wipers made from yarn Abgenics textures itself. The knit, the initial cleaning, the proprietary edge finish, the laundering and the final test all happen in sequence on one site, so there is no hand-off where a particle load or an ionic residue can creep in unnoticed between vendors.
They are used for wafer and tool wipe-down in fabs, surface preparation in aseptic suites, solvent and IPA application, and general critical-surface cleaning wherever a low-lint, low-residue wipe is specified. Sizes, packaging and cleanliness class are built to your spec.

Contamination control mats
Multi-layer adhesive mats for the floor at every point of entry to a controlled area. Each sheet lifts particles off shoe soles and cart wheels, and peels away to expose a fresh layer underneath. The film is extruded from polyethylene beads on Abgenics lines and the adhesive is blended in house, which is why tack and peel stay consistent across a run instead of varying with whichever adhesive supplier had stock that month.
Typical placements: gowning room entries, airlocks and pass-throughs, the boundary between classified zones, and around equipment moves. Tested for non-volatile residue and by FTIR, with RoHS testing.

Polyethylene products
Extruded polyethylene film and rolls from the same extrusion line that feeds the mats. Sheeting, liners and covers for critical packaging and for keeping surfaces and equipment clean between uses. Because the extrusion is in house, gauge and cleanliness are controlled at the source rather than inspected in at the dock.
Cleanroom bags
Cleanroom packaging for medical, electronic, aerospace, semiconductor, silicon and food products, made from Abgenics film and packed in the cleanroom. Used for protecting parts in transit, double-bagging for transfer into classified areas, and shipping finished product to a customer who will open it inside their own cleanroom. Sizes and gauges to your spec.
Cleaning systems
Mop systems and IPA solutions for floors, walls and large surfaces in cleanroom maintenance routines. They pair with the wipers above so a facility can run one supplier for the whole cleaning protocol rather than reconciling residue data from three.
ESD control products
Static-dissipative products that protect sensitive electronics during manufacturing, handling and assembly. A discharge that is too small to feel is enough to damage a die, so the products in this line are specified for the electronics floor first and the cleanroom second.
Specialty textiles and contract manufacturing
Abgenics is widely acknowledged as an international leader in manufacturing specialty textiles for third-party organizations, and has been contracted to manufacture products for internationally known brands. If you need a textile engineered to a specification, or your own product line built under your label, it runs on the same vertical line, with the same testing, as everything above.

Are you the manufacturer, or a distributor?
The manufacturer. Abgenics is a vertical textile and polyethylene manufacturer: the yarn is textured and knitted in our plants, the polyethylene is extruded on our lines, the adhesive is blended in house, and finishing, testing and cleanroom packing happen under the same roof. Four facilities in the USA and Asia.
What testing is done, and can I get the documentation?
Wipers and mats are tested for non-volatile residue and specific ionic content by short-term extraction to IEST RP CC-004.2 section 6.1.2, for liquid particle counts to IEST RP CC-003.2 section 5.3, and by FTIR for residue identification. Products carry EU/CE certification and RoHS testing. Conformance documentation is available for your quality file; ask for it with your quote.
Can you make a product to our specification, or under our label?
Yes. Specialty textiles for third-party organizations are a core line, and Abgenics has manufactured for internationally known brands under contract. Sizes, packaging, cleanliness class and labeling are built to your spec on the same vertical line as our own products.
What cleanroom class are products packed in?
Manufacturing and packing run in Class 10 and Class 100 cleanrooms. Tell us the class of the environment the product is going into and it is packaged accordingly.
