Two vertical process flows, every step in an Abgenics plant
Most cleanroom consumables pass through three or four companies before they reach you: a yarn mill, a knitter, a converter, a launderer, a packer. Each hand-off is a place for a variable to enter that nobody owns. Abgenics runs both of its core flows end to end under one roof, so the lot you receive was controlled at every stage by the same quality system.
Cleanroom wipers: yarn to packed part
The wiper starts as yarn that Abgenics textures itself, which sets the fiber structure before a single loop is knitted. Knitting, an initial cleaning and the proprietary edge finish follow, then laundering to bring residue and particle levels down, then testing, and finally packing inside the cleanroom. Nothing leaves the site between steps.
The edge finish matters more than it sounds. A cut edge sheds; a sealed edge does not. Doing it in house, on Abgenics's own process, is what keeps the edge consistent across a run.

Contamination control mats: beads to finished roll
The mat starts as polyethylene beads on an Abgenics extrusion machine. The extruded film is wound into rolls, the adhesive is blended in house to the tack the product calls for, then applied and coated. Automatic tabbing during winding is what gives each sheet its peel tab, and an end-of-line cleaning and the proprietary finishing edge close the process out.
Owning both the film and the adhesive is the difference between a mat that performs the same on every sheet and one that depends on whatever adhesive a converter bought that month.

Where the work is done
Four facilities in the USA and Asia, with headquarters in Pinehurst, Texas, serving customers across America, Europe, Mexico and Southeast Asia. Manufacturing and packing run in Class 10 and Class 100 cleanrooms. The company strategy deliberately blends Eastern and Western manufacturing teams, which is how capacity keeps up with demand without the product changing from one plant to the next.
